Hawaii Medical Plans 2020-2021

Eligible Mohawk and Dal-Tile employees residing in Hawaii have the option of enrolling themselves and eligible dependent(s) in either an HMO plan or a PPO plan through Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA). The medical plans use the HMSA network of providers. The plan year runs from July 1st - June 30th each year. Information regarding all other benefits are posted under the Benefits menu.

Note: Medical and vision Open Enrollment for Hawaii residents takes place in June each year. You may not make changes during the Mohawk Open Enrollment event in October.
