Providing flu shots free of charge is part of our vision to become the healthiest and safest population. Flu shots are highly recommended for most people, particularly for those who have chronic conditions. These vaccinations can help protect employees and those around them throughout the year. We also believe providing flu shots is an important preventive measure that helps ensure we do not see interruption in production due to illness.
During onsite events, flu shots are offered free of charge to ALL employees, even those who are not on Mohawk’s health plan. No appointment is required during on-site events.
