Beginning Jan. 1, 2018, Employers’ Health Network takes on the role of our network administrator, replacing Cigna. WebTPA becomes our claims processor and customer service contact. The Neighborhood services have expanded to include all specialties, not just the 13. We now have a simplified provider network—providers are either in-network and out-of-network.
New Vendor - TaxSaverTaxSaver, our COBRA vendor, takes over the administration of our Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending accounts and Commuter Benefits.

As a new hire, if you enroll in the Company medical plan, you and your covered spouse/domestic partner must complete a biometric screening within 60 days of your benefit effective date. Employees hired October 1 or later will not be required to complete a biometric screening until 2018.
Employees and covered spouse/domestic partners who do not complete a biometrics screening will receive a surcharge of an additional $28.85 per week or $125 per month on top of the medical premium. Click below for details.
