Bounce back from burnout
We all have bad days – days when all you want to do is push through and survive. But when emotional burnout continues, the negative feelings can start to affect your work and personal life, especially if you are doing things like self-medicating to cope.
Make ergonomics part of your work day.
Sitting too long and the way you sit can contribute to health issues,
including brain fog, neck and back pain, stiff muscles, belly fat,
and poor circulation. It can also increase your risk for certain
diseases and even early death.
Help fight knee pain
Knee joint pain is a common injury, but if you think giving your knees a rest is
helping, you might want to think again. Too much rest can weaken your muscles,
which can actually worsen the pain.*
The Side Effects of Social Media
Social media has changed the way we interact with people and the world.
But as exciting as these new connections can be, they can also be harmful
to our health.
Slip into Sleep
Quality sleep is important to your overall health and
well-being – not to mention productivity. Find ways
to get more of those “slept like a baby” slumber
sessions in this month’s VitaMin.
How to Prepare for Your Annual Check-up
Your annual check-up is an important part of your overall
health. So it’s important to make the most of your one-on-one
time with your health care provider. The key is doing a little prep work.
Reduce your debt and your stress
Financial debt can be a strain on more than your wallet – it can also affect your physical
and mental health. When you worry about money, it can feel like a burden
that you’re dealing with alone, resulting in increased anxiety or mood changes.*
