As an enhancement for our medical plan members, we partner with a variety of health-related companies to offer additional programs. Through these programs, we look for innovative ways to help improve member health.

These additional health programs are offered to specific groups based on recommendations from Healthy Life Navigators, Healthy Life Center providers and Healthy Life Care Teams. Muscle and joint pain with at home physical therapy

Limber Health is a digital program for muscular and joint pain. It includes everything you need to address pain and recover from injuries. With the Limber app you will get a customized exercise therapy program focusing on improving range of motion for better flexibility and increase strength. Each session includes a series of easy-to-follow videos guided by an on-screen physical therapist.

2021 Peach Line


Epharmix is a program that automatically monitors health through phone calls and text messages to improve outcomes. It provides alerts and information to Healthy Life Care Teams to offer help and support.
• Diabetes— EpxDiabetes helps patients log their blood sugar levels with reminders via text messages, as well as reminders for ophthalmology appointments.
• Depression—EpxDepression allows for mood charting via text message to have participants rate their mood on a scale of 0 (very sad) to 10 (very happy).
• Hypertension—EpxHypertension helps participants monitor and track blood pressure using text messages and phone call outreach.
• Wellness—EpxWellness helps participants maintain and continue a healthy lifestyle.
