Long Term Care Insurance
Long Term Care is the assistance received when someone needs help with two or more activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence and eating-or someone who suffers a severe cognitive impairment. This care could be provided in the home, in an assisted living or residential care facility, or in a skilled nursing facility such as a nursing home. You may elect coverage for yourself; spouse; siblings; children; parents (employee and spouse); grandparent (employee and spouse); sibling of the employee's spouse; the spouse of the employee's sibling; the spouse of the employee's spouse's sibling and the spouse of the employee's adult children are eligible for coverage.

Supplemental Whole Life Insurance
Supplemental Whole Life Insurance provides additional life insurance protection for you and your family. The insurance Mohawk provides to employees at no cost is Term Life insurance. Unlike Term Life insurance, you buy Whole Life insurance to own it. Coverage under an individual policy is guaranteed for life as long as premiums are paid. Premiums are guaranteed never to increase.
